About you: To support our growth we’re looking for a Senior People Operations Business Partner. As an experienced HR Leader supporting the Regional Director of Operations & the Global People Operations Director, you will be a key partner for the Pacific North West regional leadership team, driving & leading our people team to activate & regionalize our Global vision & strategy.
You will work as part of an amazing Global People Operations team, owning & leading the full people life cycle and making sure employee experience is a top priority. You are a driven self-starter who is deeply passionate about people, experience, diversity and inclusion, and being a key resource to support our growing business on this exciting journey. You are People guru & will leverage your strong knowledge of local laws and company labor guidelines, training , coaching and mentoring skills whilst also having a strong ability to influence & partner with key stakeholders. You’ll be a brand ambassador who strives to promote our people culture, world class standards & enhance our employee experience. The role will be based in Seattle, WA.
The great things you’ll do: Supporting the development and activating our People strategy across the following areas:
Develop an approach to Attract the very best talent in the local markets
Support the use of social media and utilization of marketing assets
Support Diversity initiatives to attract an even more diverse talent pool
Support Employer Brand initiatives
Lead our talent management workshop approach in the region
Develop and maintain a robust talent development program
Lead our succession planning and career mapping activities
Ensure our teams set our employees up for success, with great onboarding, for all roles at all levels
Ensure all employees have an active, bespoke and relevant development plan
Engage, coach and support our top talent to develop great careers within the team
Cultivate, develop and ensure a culture where employees feel cared for, respected and valued, where open and productive relationships exist
Support inclusion initiatives to develop an even more inclusive talent pool
Champion and activate with the POps team our Global engagement survey framework
Develop site/area specific retention plans, aiming to consistently reduce turnover
Cultivate a proactive approach to ER with our Leadership teams
Lead the POps team to proactively advise managers and employees on conditions of employment, HR policies and processes
Develop strategies, tools, training and approaches to reduce internal and external ER cases/issues
People Analytics and Systems
Manage the completion of the relevant dashboards for the region, implementing actions to improve opportunities as required
What we look for in the perfect candidate:
A minimum of 10+ years experience in a People/HR Management role
Experience in Food, Hospitality or Retail is a huge plus
Experience working with diversity and inclusion initiatives
Subject matter expert in all things People, including People
strategy creation, planning & execution
You’ll have experience managing transformation/change projects
