About you: To support our growth, we’re looking for a Food & Beverage Manager for a new site location!
To ensure success in this role, you will have experience consulting with multiple vendors, multiple stakeholders, and of course, have excellent customer service skills. What else? This new and dynamic role will report to the Operations Manager. As the sole person in charge you will lead and champion our food program and be responsible for the day to day service and overall experience of the operation. This role has extensive responsibilities that are over and above the usual requirements of this type of role, coupled with the support that comes from being a part of the wider regional team. The role will be based in Auckland, New Zealand.

The great things you’ll do:

  • Lead our offering: Start to finish responsibility for our food and beverage offering, including the service and experience

  • Provide great customer service: Engage with our users on a day to day basis and offer a best in class service experience

  • Manage all costs: Effectively manage all costs associated with the food program

  • Engagement: Engage users in unique and creative ways

What we look for in the perfect candidate:

  • Service and customer-oriented focus, professional and friendly with a passion for great food & great hospitality

  • Relevant food service experience, ideally in a supervisory position

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • General culinary knowledge of kitchen practices, protocols and procedures

  • Ability to follow all health & safety standards and comfortable technology

  • NZ Resident or Citizen
