Role Summary: To support our growth we’re looking for a dynamic, strategic and inspirational Senior VP of Operations for our U.S. and Canadian business. Being one of the key leaders on our Global account you will drive the strategy, oversee & instill an inspiring culture of change and manage all aspects of operational control for your region. You are naturally creative & highly visionary leader who has sharpened your expertise overseeing strategy development, service excellence, program development and financial management. You will have a razor sharp edge in leading people, overseeing high profile new openings across multi sites & continually striving for business excellence. You will define, champion & embed a culture of eminence in our service delivery, the experience we provide and with the leaders you guide within our fast moving & inspirational account. Being accountable for all of our culinary efforts, cafes, food spots, catering and warehouse operations in the region, you’ll also align with & support our centralized functions such as procurement, HR, and accounting whilst ensuring food & workplace safety. Operational excellence is key and you will leverage your strong business knowledge to set high standards ensuring success across your region! Our account is unique, and so are you. You will have poise and the innate ability to navigate and leverage a dynamic partner relationship in our complex & exciting world! The role will be based in Charlotte, NC or New York.

Inspire a culture of food & workplace safety - You’ll be responsible for the overall safe, efficient and appropriate management of operations
You’ll partner our incredible leaders & stakeholders to operationalize the food program across North America
Synergize the leadership across three great sectors - You’ll develop the overarching strategic vision for the account and work to regionalize & localize with the wider teams
You will be a visionary- You will designs, innovate, manage the overall experience for our users and instill a culture of inspiration through our teams and with our food
You will drive a culture of excellence & create an inclusive and diverse workplace
You will cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and proactive, forward thinkers, who learn from the past - launch and iterate where appropriate
Overseeing our exciting new openings, references and revitalizations
You’ll be an inspirational Leader - You will manage and mentor site leaders towards business goals, ensuring the maturation and training of our leadership communities
You are approachable - You ensure an open and communicative workforce, that engages with honesty and integrity
You are fiscally responsible making sure to monitor and manage all financial responsibilities within agreed ranges
What we look for in the perfect candidate:
A Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Hotel/Restaurant or Business Management
A graduate degree in business or a related hospitality area would be preferred - or a minimum of 10 years of industry experience in place of a high pedigree
Minimum of 10 years management experience supervising senior managers
Multi-unit restaurant or hotel experience a must
Ability to take complex business issues or initiatives and apply creative problem solving or strategies for timely implementation
Proven ability to enhance profitability, sustainability and creativity across all channels in alignment with business strategy
Proven coaching and teaching skills with peers, individuals, and teams
Ability to speak and present effectively in a group setting to Associates, Managers and our partner and represent the Global Food Program
